This 70 page Birth Prep + Early Postpartum Rehabilitation workbook has been developed through years of clinical practice and up to date research. This is the resource I provide to all of my prenatal clients and I am wanting to make more readily available.

It also includes access to 60+ videos to refer to when you need the information.

Birth Prep

  • How to connect with your pelvic floor + core and why this is important

  • Pain neuroscience education “Brain Training”

    • Combined with mindfulness has been shown to improve pain knowledge, improve childbirth self-efficacy, and improve coping during labour

    • Practical strategies to implement during pregnancy and birth for you and partner

  • Specific strategies for partner to know how to support you

Postpartum

  • What to expect postpartum with your physical healing and recovery from both a vaginal and C-section birth
